2 1/2 lb not bad had Chinese out for mums birthday monday and my ds2 birthday on Thursday so more eating, and a wedding reception sAturday with hog roast yum yum. Back on the case this week though. Going to do 4:3. Off on hols in just over 3 weeks.

Hope everyone is okay. Beautiful sunny day. Must get up DS1 first day of work experience.
