I hate doing my eyebrows and so I have them done;):D My friend who is not a veggi like moi, makes a chicken stir fry on 5;2 days, total cal=200cals:eek: great isn't it:) and very filling too.

I could make one with quorn strips or mc cartney sausages next fast day. Will try to write up a recipe for it:)

Thanks for nice messages people. Today has been such a weird day! I will confess I am s ting bricks about starting tomorrow. I've had little bits here and there but basically been unemployed for 6 months now so it's more than a little scary.....

So first day back on 5:2 going well. Shape yogurt and coffee with milk for breakfast then nothing all day apart from black tea and water. I am so looking forward to my steak and salad tonight....and to the lasagne tomorrow! All the best to everyone.

Yes you can, Sky can ring back when it's convenient for you. Even if this is an arranged call back, your hubby can tell them, just call back tomorrow this time. Should be just fine:) Works for me x x
