    34 per 100g

Omelette - if you can't stretch to 2 eggs then you can bulk it out with just the white part which is just 52 calls per 100g. I love omelettes :)

    Thank you again:beer:

All the low cleaning prices are showing now on msm.

Hi - I've just seen this.
Why are we thinking not shop in A till tomorrow, why not tonight? Are we now having to leave one day at the start of an offer as well as the expiry date off and cutting down the offer period by 2 days if shopping in the competitor? (I'm being a bit of a dunce here - as I should know the answers already, I've seen offers in T before that lasted even less time - e.g. 2 days and it seemed never reflected on the APG.)

My dilemma is that these could appear out of stock on MSM tomorrow, so never any chance to get them via APG and T's shelves bare! In addition to that, some of the usual products (and others too) have had multis off on MSM - they are items comparing v. well vs T - the multis have just reappeared - but I need to wait long enough for the 20p prices etc. to be reflected whilst not waiting too long so that the multis also appear and get reflected.

I might just forget waiting and just go for it...
The post that all the low price cleaning products were now on MSM was at about 4pm this afternoon. What exact time did anyone notice they first appeared on MSM? Has MSM.co.uk really been showing higher prices for T all day and only at 4pm did they update there? TIA, and sorry for my brain being a little elsewhere tonight.

My eyes are streaming from slicing onions for my stir fry

I am going to have chicken with it. I stopped in the shop on my way home and picked up 16 chicken breasts reduced, paid £6.60 something :j

That's good for around here :rotfl: the SA who grabs all the good whoopsies for her daughter wasn't working :j

although you could try later today if you want

I too doubt it will work but if APG doesn't recognise the BTHPs just call up their customer care line and direct them to MSM/T.com

A is usually pretty receptive to feedback about APG accuracy. Although I maybe wouldn't include S&G/new pots on the same shop :rotfl:

Aau1, your advice appreciated! What time do you think I should I wait to for this to work? I want to go with glitchy m'buys in the same shop!:D

    Breakfast/Lunch on the 5:2 :D
    100g strawberries 28 cals
    60g grapes 40cals
110g full fat Greek yogurt with honey (A own, tastes like really rich cream/ice cream) 166cals  thought I'd treat myself :rotfl:

Dinner is already decided - a WW meal I found in the back of the freezer from last year at 256 cals

My dinner was a whoopsied Ping jacket potato with chilli. 240 cals. Found it in the bottom of the fridge no one else wanted it as dated 13th.

It looks like instead of taking off 20p they have reduced the item to 20p by mistake.
