That's a shame. The only t I could have got to by taking a detour on the way home from work was an expressThanks everyone for the tips, I got 3 packets and 1 box of nappies reduced. The packets even had an RTC SEL!
Managed to get CS to honour the 3 for 2, but not DTD.
Got a couple of harpics and an oven cleaner...my oven will love me now lol
Also, thank you for the inspiration with fasting. Today I've had a cup of tea with semi-skimmed milk and 2 sweeteners, also a ham and cucumber sandwich. I have no idea how much this is in calories though - how are you guys and girls calculating?
I'm using my fitness pal. It's fab and you can scan barcodes on it too fr nutri infoNot if you invite scamps round you don't :rotfl:

Looking for cheap but not nasty wines for some gift hampers I need to make up. Im not using my own stash
Found the following
French Red £2.59 per bottle
http://www.tesco.com/wine/product/details/default.aspx?N=4294962316+8117&id=259587933
and Blossom hill white £2.69 per bottle
http://www.tesco.com/wine/product/details/default.aspx?searchBox=blossom+hill&search.x=34&search.y=7&id=256287446
The blossom hill seems to be jumping in and out of stock. I kept trying and managed to get it to stay in my basket.
Bear in my mind you need to spend £50 to get free delivery.0 -

Maybe worth a look.....
Thanks barbara, it is only one lens that is smashed, £36 incl student discount and they will straighten them for her.
Bit less than my £50 insurance excess.
Evening everyone.
Just tucking into my first meal of the day.
Thank goodness for a glitchy day to start on been to busy hunting to even think about eating.Although I felt as if I ate something no matter how small I would want more and would not get through the day.
I know not the right way according to the book but see if it works for me.
Hope everyone else on the 5:2 is doing ok.
Thanks to all the OPs on the cleaning stuff, Anchor and Mooshi gummies.Impromtu meet with Dodo, we are officially a team. :j

tigerwhite wrote: »Well 200g of strawberries are 56 cals (according to the book). 100ml of whole milk is 64 cals /semi skimmed is 50cals. You must have had less, even adding sugar.. I think someone said a tsp of sugar is 16 cals??
EDIT - coffee or tea with semi skimmed milk = 7 cals.
So I have it as 56 + 7 + 7 + 16 + 16 = 102 cals
Thank you so much tigerwhite you are a star:T.
I am using the pull out from the mirror on Saturday, only got some foods in that. I have bought two cant melons don't suppose you know how many calories are in 100 grams thank you again:)0 -

34 per 100g
Omelette - if you can't stretch to 2 eggs then you can bulk it out with just the white part which is just 52 calls per 100g. I love omelettesSomething unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Thanks - just got some :j
My tea was a slice of kingsmill seeded 118 cals and 2/3rds of a tin of parioli tomatoes 70 cals with lots of black pepper and lea and perrins. Very low in cals and very mse :rotfl:
Re: calculating cals, easiest thing is to look on the back of packets, almost everything gives the value (you may have to work it out if per 100g). May treat myself to a glass of waterTiger
I'm a body double for Claudia Schiffer and i wont get out of bed for less than [STRIKE]£10k per day[/STRIKE] a 1p find0 -
