Aau1, your advice appreciated! What time do you think I should I wait to for this to work? I want to go with glitchy m'buys in the same shop!:D

I think you're onto the right idea in your later post. Just chuck one in your shop and cross your fingers

I think I am up to 600 calories now. Hope I manage the next 5 hours with no food. Having said that I do have a killer headache and I feel it could be hunger related.

Really struggled at work where everyone was chucking pop and crisps down their greedy holes. They all MEGALOL'd at me when I told them about the 5:2 diet. Apparently I am skinny as it is. Wish I could see where I was skinny, all I see is generous parts all over!

Hope everyone else has managed OK. Not sure how I am going to manage another day like this again this week! Eeeeek.

Evening all, it was really busy in work so haven't even had time to catch up from last night yet
My original plan today was to plan a 5:2 shop at lunchtime and then go straight from work, then I got a call inviting me to lunch for my sis's bday  so 2 hours that I couldn't really afford to lose at work and all you can eat Chinese and the last thing I wanted tonight was to go shopping. I'm now thinking porridge made with water for a late brekkie, fruit for snack and jacket potato with mushrooms for tea, (hopefully I'll have enough cals left for a yoghurt for desert)
Hope everyone who started today is still going well :)

Thanks for nice messages people. Today has been such a weird day! I will confess I am s ting bricks about starting tomorrow. I've had little bits here and there but basically been unemployed for 6 months now so it's more than a little scary.....

Here's hoping all of the glitches happen at the weekends ;)

Well done to all of you on your first day of the fasting diet. You can doooooo it!

I am sure you will be fine, they obviously think you can do it so take confidence from that.

Mimi- hang in there, it WILL get better. Look at me, 8 months in I still find them difficult, it's only your first, trust me it gets better. You are #1, so don't you be losing hope:D here to support ya:)

Having said that, you have a headache, I would take some para and drink plenty of water, have an apple, or banana. another 30-50cals is fine, nothing to worry about.

Right question for you all...How comes the coke 2litre bottles are comparing well on an apg shop vs tosco's (i see many of you have posted results) as I thought BOGOF's don't compare?
If I buy 2 bottles of diet coke, will they comp at £1.98 v £3.50 to sada's then?

    tia :) xx

Yes you can, Sky can ring back when it's convenient for you. Even if this is an arranged call back, your hubby can tell them, just call back tomorrow this time. Should be just fine:) Works for me x x

Girl Saturday said don't ring them even if she is late ringing as she is trying to get a deal for me - I imagine it is to do with her comission if she keeps me with them. She has until 8.30pm and then I will ring anyway.

Hey all, just about to pop out to Ts to grab some bits and maybe catch whoopsies :)
Am I missing something with the emmi coffee MOC?
I've been trying all day to print it off and one laptop says java needs installing and the other laptop has a pop up saying 'duplicate entry' and then some numbers. How do I get it to print off? :(
