    But please try and take it easy, and dont try eating loads at once because you can....it will take a while for your body to readjust, so stay away from the rich stuff until your body is recovered properly

    Good news Scamps. At least they know what it is and that it's not anything more sinister. I know it's still not been nice for you but at least you know you'll get better.
