Afternoon all
Turned into a lovely day here
First 5:2 going quite well. I had one egg scrambled on a slice of toast about 11am with a cup of black tea. That's going to take some getting used to, I like milk and sugar :rotfl: I've drunk a pint of water and I'm just contemplating some grapes or apple at the moment.
Managed to get my hands on the Harpic and Mr Muscle this morning, so many thanks to the OP. The Harpic had 20p sels as well in my Extra...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

After someone on here mentioned an omelette for dinner I quite fancied one myself.
Grabbed some mushrooms out of the fridge that need to be used and have cooked them off first, just gone to the fridge to get a couple of eggs and realised I don't have any :rotfl:
