So far today I have had 2 x 100g strawberries 1 tea white with 1 sugar, and 1 coffee white with 1 sugar, and lots of water . Calculate that I have had 147 calories would that be about right? Thanks in advance.0 -

It's a grey and damp start to the day here
Had a free Escada perfume sample - it's absolutely lovely, hate to think how much it is to buy, better not look
Good to see Black Sabbath top of the charts :T:T
First fasting day today...got to go to Ts shortly as I've no veg/fruit/etc in. Saw a snack idea in one of the TCB fitness magazines for a turkey wrap but using an iceberg lettuce leaf instead of the wrap, sounded like a good idea

MSM is updated, that doesn't necessarily mean APG is just yet so don't everyone rush out to try it
If one or two brave souls want to try then go ahead...although I would wait until tonight/tomorrow (prob tomorrow)Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
After someone on here mentioned an omelette for dinner I quite fancied one myself.
Grabbed some mushrooms out of the fridge that need to be used and have cooked them off first, just gone to the fridge to get a couple of eggs and realised I don't have any :rotfl:
Looks like it's just mushrooms for dinner for me then
:rotfl: I have done that before. Think positive, ditch the omlette idea and choose a diff option. Omelette for tea on your next fast day hun:)
How about a salad. do you have wholewheat pasta, and light phili? could boil pasta, drain, stir in phili and prawns or fish. tiny dollop of pesto... that's another yummy supper I thought up last wk for 5;2 days. I will make that on my next fast day I think:eek:FunkyFeet:eek:Elite 5:2 #190 -

took half tin of tuna, 2 squeezes extra light mayo, mix, place of lettuce leaves. enjoy:)
I was inspired to make up this snack right now, after reading someone post about using lettuce leaves instead of wraps for another dish. Please show yourself, who said it? as you inspired me to put together this snack:)
Just adding up cals now, anyone want to help me, count the cals in this?I'm very bad at maths
