Follow QoC after first wee on a morning :D over a day or three there will be fluctuations ;) but week in week out you will lose weight if you are using common sense :T:T

I am pleased with my progress - a slow but steady loss is what I want . Its very early days yet but this week so far I have managed 2 Fast days without too much pain and am thinking that I might have another Fast day on Saturday.

I am going to bed now to try out My "Night in Shining Armour". :D

My teeny tiny Boots had lots of RTC items 2gb San disks for £1 and lots of makeup brushes and sponges 20/30p. The usual not being stocked by that size store anymore. Might be worth a look in other local stores to see what they have. The reductions are always a lot bigger than the town centre stores. ;)

    Night everyone. :A

    Night night Dotty. :kisses3:

I hope that this is Mr TS's new name.;)
