    Good Morning :)

I haven't been around for a couple of days. I had a couple of days work and was very busy. I did mention it I think? But thanks to my night shift pals who noticed I was MIA :A

I have to say though to any ladies that are interested, DM pays very well and you get used to the chains after a while ;) :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I've got no hope of catching up properly. So hugs to anyone who has a need for one. Back to normal :)

I think everyone's gone to bed. Did my second day of fat club and have to say it wasn't as hard as I had though it might be. Didn't eat till 5 apart from a banana then had a boiled egg, portion of beans and a tomato halved and grilled with a slice of toast. I bought bacon but will be good and have that tomorrow.

You're not doing yourself any favours weighing yourself daily or more!

Once a week will give you a more accurate measure!:D

Its not a problem ! I know that the weight lost needs to be measured over a full week but I like to keep a check on how things are going so I can decide if I need to adjust my eating plans. I've always weighed myself daily and I know weight will fluctuate due to various factors and I'm not going to get stressed about it.

I am not doing the 5/2, would do if I was on my own, I like cooking different things when I get the chance and it is too mean not to be able to try it. I am heavier than I would like but only size 12 so not too bad, and I would probably do it if I were on my own for a length of time.

I do know it works - when I had pneumonia anything I ate tasted like I was chewing an ash tray so I barely ate for a whole week. A few days after I started eating again I weighed myself and I had lost 10 lbs!!! (only half of it has gone back on and I am steady now, so not so bad!!)
When I have been out with DM looking for a new frock for him, size 12 was down the small end of the rail ;)
