Good morning
thankyou so much for all your well wishes especially yours Trulymadly :)I am feeling a little better this morning but have lost my appetite due to the antibiotics so feel like I have joined the 5:2 club
Off to have a catchup and see how everyone is doing hope you all have a good day x0 -
Good morning, quite dull here so far but planning a day at work anyway, hope all the poorly elite are feeling a bit better today, and I agree Iamsoinneedofaglitch although I did get some of the dw tabs from Ts, earlier this week, with the £1.50 vouchers so 60 tabs for £1,50 I was well pleased.:jThe person who never makes a mistake never learns anything.0

Very sticky and muggy here today. Off for a swim soon, which might cool me down a bit. Fast day number two for me.0 -

Morning all. How is everyone?
Looks like I'll be doing 3 or 4 fast days. Full of /hayfever and my throat hurts like hell. It's only water and Soothers for me all day I guess.0 -
I am definitely in need of glitchy loo rolls too and kitchen rolls, still have some liquitabs but wouldn't say no there either. Seems ages since a really good glitch.
That's my glitch list as well
Morning everyone, day 2 of 5:2 has started ...There comes a time in every woman's life when the only thing that helps is a glass of champagne ... Bette Davis0 -
I am not doing the 5/2, would do if I was on my own, I like cooking different things when I get the chance and it is too mean not to be able to try it. I am heavier than I would like but only size 12 so not too bad, and I would probably do it if I were on my own for a length of time.
I do know it works - when I had pneumonia anything I ate tasted like I was chewing an ash tray so I barely ate for a whole week. A few days after I started eating again I weighed myself and I had lost 10 lbs!!! (only half of it has gone back on and I am steady now, so not so bad!!)What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
