Morning all. Enjoy your pampering today tigerwhite. Nannylala hope you feeling better today. Scamps hope you are feeling stronger day by day.
Well that is the second day of the 500 calorie day completed. I must admit that it is amazing the difference I can have it tomorrow makes! Hope those doing it today find it okay too. My hardest time is when I am cooking the evening meal at night, I try to make something I don't like . I cookin a kitchen as my job but funnily enough it doesn't worry me in the day. Could kill the hubby when he starts snacking in the evening, but then I just think I can have some tomorrow .
Hope everyone has a good day weather good here at moment.0 -
I don't wanna go to work! Do you think they would bring my class to me, lol?0

I think everyone's gone to bed. Did my second day of fat club and have to say it wasn't as hard as I had though it might be. Didn't eat till 5 apart from a banana then had a boiled egg, portion of beans and a tomato halved and grilled with a slice of toast. I bought bacon but will be good and have that tomorrow.
How lovely to see you posting HJ

Apparently I still have nearly 700 cals left. I have eaten lots today but apparently still only around half my recommended amount??
I put the same info on the WW app and it puts me over points. So which one do I go with?I am not young enough to know everything.0 -

Good morning Elite. Cloudy but warm here, might be off on a bike ride later.
My OH announced he was going to a business barbecue next week, so it will only be me for dinner. Is it wrong that I am excited that this means I can go whoopsying in the local Express:D
Had an email from Team UBar yesterday - I have won £100 Amazon voucher in their monthly draw :T:T:T
I could do with a glitch on loo rolls too - although I normally get the Lidl or Aldi ones at 12 for £1.89. Refuse to spend more on them as it is almost literally money down the drain :eek:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
