    Getting through my 2nd fast day not too bad. :j

    Skipped breakfast and lunch again and had a 2 scrambled eggs done in microwave so didn't need milk, 170 cals and 50g smoked salmon 80 cals, added a slice of toast with no butter can't remember cals for bread but I still have over 100 cals left for supper. :D

    Tip:- I stopped half way through my meal and drank a full glass of water and then ate the rest. Feel full at the moment.
