Thankyou Tiny .I am just trying to muster the energy and enthusiesm to take a slow walk up to the shops to get a few bits of fruit and am thinking a bit of fresh air will do me good. The antibiotics have given me side effects which are not pleasant:( and am thinking after reading up about them I might need to get them changed.
The sunshine has finally put in an appearance so hope every one is having a little share of this and enjoying their day and not getting too many rumbling tummies;)I am not young enough to know everything.0 -
1 day - tomorrow is next one.
Got some Light Choice Chinese chicken noodle soup 43 calories, made some jelly this time as cheaper than the pots - 4 sachets for £1 - one sachet makes 4 jellies of 10 calories each. Added some fruit.
I bought the Salter Scales from Argos sale £12.49 - brilliant as they are clear not white as I thought

Not wanting to pee on your parade, because that would be mean and horrible and all the other things, but make sure you officially weigh yourself just once a week, at the same time on the same day. Body weight fluctuates all the time, so for consistency, it's better to do it once a week. Please don't hate me
Saying that, I can't wait to hear what your first weeks result is! Thanks to David. had a nosey at the RTC laundry in my As. They had Simply sensitive Non bio liqui-tabs £2.50 for 20 which I don't think he mentioned. Not the magic 10p per wash but pretty close.0

That is a very important point - exact same time, same day of the week.
When I was attending the EDC - couldn't make my normal appointment one week so went in the afternoon and I had gained 2+kg - well they were over the moon. However when I went back the following week at my usual time (was only 6 hrs earlier) I had 'lost it" and they thought that I had done something!Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Picked up My "Night in Shining Armour" from Mr Shoes today. Most disappointed that My Dotty did not pop out of the PINK jar when I opened it.
