Hillary is lovely. She brought glamour to the Dragon's Den. I loved the shoulder pads and her face looks very much like a dolls.
Hope everyone has had a good day.0 -

I'm wondering just how accurate myfitnesspal is
Apparently I still have nearly 700 cals left. I have eaten lots today but apparently still only around half my recommended amount??
I put the same info on the WW app and it puts me over points. So which one do I go with?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. Well which do you think is correct QoC you know what has passed your lips today
I want to trust both of them
MFP "allows" me 1480 cals per day, rather than the 2000 recommended daily allowance.
I'm wondering if WW is based on less cals than that again
