calling 0844 numbers on mobiles - anyone found an over-rider number?

weq4u looks to be the swapping the high rate 08 numbers for a matched databse of local rate numbers like say no to 0870 does - this is good for most numbers related to big companies that usually have alternatives for people calling from outside uk but not all high rate numbers have landline alternatives.
So what happens if there is no matching geographical number (e.g. international calls access numbers 0844/0871) ?All my life my mother told me the storm was coming (c) Terminator 30
