I've just read that post, it was helpful - thank you. I've been at work all day and was rushed off my feet so haven't had much time to think about anything until I got home and started sorting out paperwork to put in a claim for housing benefit, don't think I'm going to get anything but worth a try.

That is not an odd question at all. It took me weeks before I felt able to do that. In truth there is no right or wrong answer, do it when you feel ready to.
