They cancelled ? It was meant to get a popla code, they must be fed up of losing there everytime they go there when its defended properly
well done by the way
Yes! It said "Thank you for your correspondence concerning your Parking Charge Notice.
In light of your claims, the representations stated in your appeal have been noted and upheld.
We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience and can confirm this Notice has been cancelled in full and no further action will take place"
Thanks again!0 -
As per June 2013, there's a Version 3 of the BPA Code of Practice. I don't know if there are significant changes in this regard though.
Thanks for the challenge template, I've just adapted it a bit and sent it (by email to tesco@appealpcn.co.uk)
Yes I know, but any invoice prior to the 20/06/2013 is on the Version 2 of the CoP , and if you are in Wales the Welsh language version hasn't been updated since October 2012, so as it hasn't been updated its still in force

I'm totally confused here (which doesn't take much at times) - how many are we advising on this thread?
OP - Malkie
Then - Nightwork
Then - Cuki
Now - Igparry
No wonder we say 1 case 1 thread.

Hi, I thought I would piggy back along with this thread as I too have had a couple of letters from highview now. I am emailing them with Stromas nicely worded reply from page one, but as my ticket was issued after the 20/6/2013 do I fall under the new version 3 of the CoP? Will this make any difference to my reply other than changing the statement, 'if you reject this challenge the keeper requires within 35 days a popla verification code for them to appeal independently, per Version 2 of the BPA Code of Practice' to 'Version 3 of the BPA Code of practice'? I am unaware of the implications of the change.
Thanks for any help
