Hi everyone
Although this site does not list house price changes, it did have detailed country profiles for over 50 countries, totally free of charge. This is unlike many other websites which either make you regsiter or charge you to view the information. A good site in my view; which will save you money, see what you think https://www.ipbre.com

Great link.
However, if I was selling now, I could advertise at 15%+ above valuation and then reduce to just 5% above valuation. This would tap into another advertising stream. Take all data for reference and base buying decisions on true valuations.

Personally I just can't see what advantage is gained by the site ?, there will always be houses that are put on to test the market, or just to see if anyone is willing to pay top dollar.
Just because a house has dropped the price by 10%, it doesn't mean you're grabbing a bargain.0 -

Cos you can see thay are struggling to sell it and have allready dropped the price and you can use that to your advantage when bargaining with people.
And especially if there are a lot of drops in a postcode it suggests to me that the area is well over priced in general!0 -
To compliment this site, the prices that all properties have fetched for the last 5+ years are available free on this site...you just register and enter the postcode :-

http://www.propertysnake.co.uk/ is a great site,
What I’ve notice is that houses/flats etc they’re struggling to sell usually go to auction. Which means you can pick up a cracking bargain. I’m a subscribe member to http://www.sionproperties.co.uk which sends out a list of properties going to auction in a selected area on daily/weekly basis.
The key web sites for me, are
https://www.nethouseprices.co.uk (you see how much the owner got it for)
https://www.propertysnake.co.uk (see if they are struggling to sell)
https://www.sionproperties.co.uk (get notice of it when it goes to auction)
Cracking….. if BoE rates go to 6% by the end of the year it should be interesting..0 -
https://www.sionproperties.co.uk is £60 subscription for 6 months.0

Yep I know, the cheapest on the market at the moment, unless someone can find a cheaper one ? I just want a single site to email me all the properties going to auction in a given location.....0
