Look no further, send the scammers this

    Name
    Address

    Date

    Dear Scammers,

In regards to the invoice received with ref number xxxxxx dated xxxxxx, the keeper denies all liability to your company, if you reject this challenge the keeper requires within 35 days a popla verification code for them to appeal independently, per Version 2 of the BPA Code of Practice.

The keeper has nothing further to add, and will not respond to any correspondence from your company unless it contains the popla code. If you wish to find out why the keeper rejects all liability, pay the £27 plus vat to popla to find out

The challenge will be deemed accepted if there is no popla code on any rejection that you supply within the timeframe stipulated above.

    Yours Faithfully

Did you try the Dunelm Mill headoffice as well as the store manager?

Rang customer services Manchester. Said without receipt nothing could be done. Very unhelpful. I have emailed Head Office but am not holding out much hope. Told them there was no need to keep receipt anyway as goods were fine. If I kept each receipt I had I would have to get a storage unit! I asked re cctv. Not interested. Thanks for template I will use it today. I have advised all my friends and family and fb friends not to buy there.

Well....complained via email and fb page to Dunelm Mill Head exec re this parking charge from TPS and received an email and apology from DM saying they had cancelled the parking fine. Great stuff....pity I got no help from the store or customer services and had to go to the top. Thanks for your help on here.:j:j:j:j

    Well done :)

The benefits of going to the top helps, and Facebook can embarrass the hell out of companies if one is to complain there. For the power of social media used in the right way, take a look at Aldi and the problems they are having with dozens of people complaining there
