I'm a gamer but don't tend to play online games - I came to the console game fairly late (having dabbled with handheld for a while).

Bought a PS2 in 09 (sold in 10 as didn't use it) bought another PS2 in sept 12 and my PS3 in Nov 12 (as I wrongly assumed GTA Vs release date wouldn't change!). The only games I tend to play is the gta franchise :)
Using my phone to post - apologies in advance for any typos

    On multiple fronts as always.

Xbox 360 - Rocksmith is currently trying to teach me how to play guitar.

PC - Starcraft 2, was playing WoW for years but gave it up last year when the server population got to the level where it was essentially unplayable.

PS3 - Assassins Creed: Brotherhood. Managed to get what I thought was Assassins Creed 2 & said game (the first two in a trilogy) for £2 each in HMV as sleeveless pre-owned. Turned out Brotherhood was actually Revelations (the third in the trilogy), never mind, picked up Brotherhood today! (And can't complain when Revelations contained Assassins Creed 1!)
Retired member - fed up with the general tone of the place.

Random, but when did RS go to 200cmb? I don't quite understand when I missed that :D I haven't played in quite some time properly, and just randomly logged in to see I wasn't nekkid stuck in the middle of wildy missing my bank etc and I'd been moved to Burpy (burthorpe?) and people had skill levels and I caught sight of a lvl 200. I gave up after I ran out of buyable skills few years ago >.<

I've been enjoying Back to the Future game (PC series) which I got for about a fiver on one of these game packs. I also got walking dead, but I literally got about 10 mins in and am stuck and can't get out of the situation. Basically think just right outside the tute time :rotfl:

on the wii, pikmin, all the way, repetitively, and several types of pikmin games. I used to be addicted to lemmings on the PC.

They changed the combat system in December and the new combat levels changed then. I only play the Old School (2007) version now as I hate the new combat.

I'm not a console gamer, I leave that for my boyfriend, but give me Hay Day on my iPad and I'm gone for hours.

I really love any type of farming game - the old school Alice Greenfingers, and anything where I have to fulfil orders.

I also like The Sims, the first one being my favourite!
    I like to make money
Best wins: £3,000 luxury holiday, holiday in Cornwall, £250 Murad Skincare hamper, angle grinder

    I'm a PC gamer  .

Advice for n00bs - you have to find the type of games that interests you. Something that someone else loves, you may loathe so watch YouTube vids, read reviews and game forums to see what appeals to YOU.

My preferred games are as follows
    Occasional singleplayer AND online multiplayer:
    • BFBC2
    • Battlefield (several)
    • CoD (most)
    • Payday: The Heist

    Current singleplayer only:
    • Dishonored (So much like Thief + Deus Ex. Can replay this over & over).
    • Deus Ex: Human Revolution (excellent replayability, like the original DX)
    • Skyrim (on & off with over 200 hrs & still not finished)
    • Fallout 3 & Fallout:New Vegas (hours of adventuring)
    • Thief 2 (replayed SO many times! Always on my HDD)
    • Minecraft
    • Sims 2 or 3 when I want to build houses or be an evil overlady :D
    • Various other games on Steam
    • Many, many others waiting for a re-install (i.e. N.O.L.F, GTA, Splinter Cells)

    Games waiting to be played:
    • Crysis 3
    • Far Cry 3

    Hoping for:
    • Thief (in 2014 hopefully)
