They are lovely, thanks!Tabby keeps trying to get outside the little minx!

They all sleep a lot and feed regularly, one has a very quiet meow, do you think that's normal? The others sound so loud!

One always seems left out too, when they all wrestle for a teat and he is still trying :( they were scratching at each other yesterday to get on!pushing each other out of the way cheeky monkeys.

    how are yours?

Morning all, I have woken to find no kittens in the box....cue mass panic from us as we try to find them. I searched everywhere, looked in toy cupboard between the wall and the plastic 3 drawer tower and tabs had put them there!

I went and got the box and put them back in-probably stupidley- and she went tot he built in wardrobe, picked one up by the neck and took it back to the cupboard. It wasnt in a nice way though, not the scruff, but literally her whole neck.I didnt intervene,I just got the rest and took them back to the toy cupboard.

she proceeded to bite the one she had carried but then it started feeding, which she allowed.the others followed suit and she appeared to settle but she just seems 'different' now.when they meow she isnt as bothered as before iyswim.

I plan on getting some milk to supplement their feeding as there is always one who appears to struggle...do you think this is wise?would she allow it to feed off of her still?

It's all gone wrong and I'm feeling really worried and upset :(
  • Ahhh poor you! I would have panicked aswel!dont have any advice about the milk as obviously boo only has 2 kittens so they get plenty.
I'm always worried boo will suddenly reject tbem.
They have started play fighting with eachother its so cute.
We tried moving them again to the big box but boo literally grabbed one by the head and tried to drag it away.

it might be the heat, and she's decided that place is cooler for them.

i think the milk supplement might help, but have a word with your vet as well.
Cats don't have owners - they have staff!! :D:p

I would not move them as long as they are safe as it will upset mum,my cat had four kittens at the side of my bed which was against the wall I just pulled the bed out a little so I could see them and left her to it.putting food a litter tray and water near of course.

    Morning all,
she is more settled now thankfully.I think she wanted more space, plus it is hotter in our bedroom.she is going ot them when they cry and feeding them nicely, we are just having to watch as the two black ones tend to push the tabbies out when they feed!
