I just resisted ordering some stuff from Saversore. The delivery charge was £5.50 and something I didn't really need was about £4 - so I resisted the final click!
I did take advantage of Ebuyer again - did anyone notice the free delivery over £49 - overlapping with the £10 off?
Well, thats it - the suppliers will all be getting up of the ground and brushing the dust off after the stampede! That Google list of member sites was probably the best advert they ever had...0 -
Yup, all finished, great deal while it lasted..
Thanks Google .;)0 -
The Google checkout is still working on ebuyer - I've just used it. It also still appears on svp.
I can't be the only one who spent over £150 on orders with various companies to save £10 on each one. I would have had to buy the things anyway, but would have spread the cost over a few months instead of having a shopping spree in one weekend- I've saved at least £40 (so far
), so I tell myself that makes it OK.
My guess is Google checkout won't be ending just yet while people rush to put their orders in thinking it will end very soon. Then if/when it's announced that it's running until the end of the year, some companies will find their orders will go back down to their usual level, at which point some of them won't bother supporting it.BSC #53 - "Never mistake activity for achievement."

All finished on SVP. Just tried it - came up at full price (no £10 discount). In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

I need a refill for my printer. It is a lexmark P6250.
Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0 -
Or you can refill them cheapler than compatibles, ( Lexmark)
BTW Epson have not been too reliable with generic cartridges, I have had 2 recent models resort to "printing" BLANK pages after a cartridge change, so Epson maybe cheaper on ink but the printer ink system has become too complicated and wastefull, plus the printer head never gets replaced.

Well my printer ink arrived today, so next day delivery is not bad!!
Also, the install by date was September 2008, so I should get the 3rd one installed by then. Quite a nice discount as well. Had I bought from Amazon, I would have only bought the 2, to qualify for the free postage, but buying 3 from ink factory is an round better buy.0
