I've had the same problem with them, you take part in a survey and after about 10mins they say sorry you don't qualify.

Test and vote seem to be the same fill a survey in for about the same time then they say sorry you don't meet are criteria!

Just away of getting you to fill them in for free>

Test and Vote are similar to Ciao - loads of members, loads of other stuff going on. Things get lost, occasionally people don't get paid. Best to do the surveys asap.

I've completed 10 out of around 30. My balance is 58900 points. 60000 points gets you a £12 voucher from Halfords/HMV/CDWow. Also other trade in possibilities such as ipoints.

My mum hates To Luna (test and vote) too. I think it's because they're French, bless her cotton socks.

The opinions of my mother in no way represent those of her offspring. Conditions apply.

I think some of these sites get you to answer 'qualifying questions' then turn you down so the don't have to pay you when in actual fact they have all the info they need from you.

My partner signed into 1 today with Valued Opinions filled in loads of info about alcoholic beverages - how often he drinks, age, county, then loads of additional questions about how often each beverage is consumed and so on - answered questions for about 7 minutes then got a message to say that he qualified for this survey and to click the 'next' button.
However when he clicked 'next' he then got a message saying his profile was not the type needed for this survey or something??

i have this too usually near the end of the survey im sure also its a way of getting free info as your usually deeply into the survery by the time they reject you most surveys tell you within 2 mins if your not in their catchment group....real sham

I'm sure there are some times when this happens, but don't forget normally the site is only hosting for another company so quite often control is out of their hands. Also, they are dealing with thousands of people doing these things at the same time, so let's say you get half way through a survey and the quota is suddenly filled, then so be it, you won't get paid. It's just a part of the job.

My advice is keep at it and do as many as you can. I'm finding it quite profitable now I've been doing it for four months or so. I love getting products to test, and more to the point I love the fact that you can influence product development. Like I said, £100 a month (and rising) isn't bad for an hour or two a day in front of the pc telling the capitalist exactly what you think of their bright ideas!!!
