This has never happened to me before they usually tell you a few questions in. I can see why you are angry. They wasted your time. I know you get paid to do free surveys and it is money for free but they should tell you within a few minutes if you qualify rather than making you take almost the whole survey then telling you. It might have been a glitch because this has never happened to me.

I had the same problem with them quite a while back now. I had been sent the first £5 voucher but then after that every survey they sent me i didn't qualify for so i sent them a strong worded email and told them to get stuffed, Went with Opinion Bar who pay out far more and far more often.

I find that Ciao is the worst one for this sort of thing.

I find Ciao hit and miss. I'm up to £4.80 in three months which isn't bad, but sometimes I get the info grab 'n' run from them and I should be at £7.70, but I can't see which surveys they've credited me for or if there is any money pending. Qualified for 8 of 25 since March 1st.

Valued Opinions seem okay, and their surveys are interesting, although I've only qualified for 3 of 11. Balance is at £4.00 since March 1st.

I think Lightspeed are best, I've already made £11 - loads of interesting surveys. ; qualified for 14 out of 21 since March 1st.

I'm writing a blog reviewing my money makin', survey takin', finger achin' exploits. It's absolutely hilarious, according to a survey of 1. (my Mum).

    I totally agree!
This happens to me all the time with them...answer 10-15 Q's or tick 20 boxs with a yes/no/maybe and then it comes up
"sorry but you do not qualify for this survey"
Gets on my nerves and i've sent them an email saying im not happy.
Im also with mytns survey site and even if you dont qualify for a survey they always give you 20/30points for the trouble, which is helpful as all the points are converted into nectar points :)

With Ciao, I find you have to do the survey for the time specified in the email,
when I do one of their survey's I set the Kitchen timer and ensure I don't hit submit before the time's up.

Here's the part of the email where the time's specified.
