I've read the Fred but I'm afraid none of it's really sunk in, so general posi-vibes all round, and GWS wishes to all who need them.

Is it Skinty that's got the BD attached to her ankle? Here, this should help. *passes muzzle across*;)

We both have colds. Mr LW is blaming his colleague, P, who was off sick with a cold the other day. I've said I'll have P's drawers for dusters once I feel a bit better!:D Need to get better by the weekend, as Mr LW has next week off, and I want us to get a few two-person cane toads chomped.;)
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

    Hello!

Bit of an early start this morning <yawn> I woke at 5  and tried to nod off, but DD came in at 5.30. She just snuggled in and went back to sleep, so I got up at 5.50 and was in work by 6.30. Boss got there just minutes before me.

MIL took the kiddies off to nursery, and I'll go collect them in a bit. Managed to grab a few bits of snack on the way home. I'm absolutely bushed, so the plan is to make some picnic bits, go get the babes, dunk them in the bath, make a cuppa and all get into bed. DS wants to watch Madagascar, so that's our viewing sorted.

We're at home tomorrow, so will catch up then. Also at home Fri. Have a friend coming over. Am starting to notice that she always comes here, never invites us to hers, or to meet any of her other friends, yet she's met a lot of mine. Hmph. And of course, with me hosting, I always supply lunch. Hmm. Still, DS likes her DS and they play nicely together, so from the kiddies perspective it's fine. Some people are just like that. Aren't they?

On another friend note, I am trying to arrange a birthday tea, and two friends cba replying to my emails. One of whom regularly complain that no one else organises anything. Pftt. Some people...

I've sat on my butt and knitted while OH was out with the girls.. Dot fell over twice so has a graze on her chin and right up the side of her face.. she is such a clumsy thing anyway! She never seems to put her hands out to stop a fall so just lands on her face!

ouch for poor Dot, your kids aren't having much luck lately hope no one injures themselves. my DD2 walked into a lampspot on christmas day when shed gone out for a walk with fil and DH and her sisters, i was at home with DS1 awaiting midwives visit. mil came in with a bowlful of hyachinchs for me and spilt them all over the hall carpet, she took 3 day old babe into lounge for a cuddle while i tidied the mess up then the men came back with a battered looking toddler just as the midwife walked down the drive after them. she was not impressed with any of them and threatened to take me back to hospital LOL
we got DS2 an angry bird onesie for christmas hes growing so fast its already too short for him. hes already as tall as me so think he will be taking after his (literally) big brother

just heard from DS2, he thinks he did ok he'll find out sometime this week. will have everything crossed till he gets a message.

got persuaded to go on the school trip with my class today, so ive got a day at the zoo to look forward to soon.

    Debt-free and Proud!
    Hi Again!

Finished a horrible day of meetings at work, picked DD up from School and homework completed straight away. DP said (this never happens.....) he'd make tea  then fell asleep and wouldn't wake up! So I've made tea, as usual.... he's now vanished to work for a few hours - split shift, so I have to wash up and doing everything else too!

Oh dear, am I being a marter? I just get so tired of doing everything and feel quite undervalued sometimes.

DD is now making a fathers day, I am going to get some more flying done, then make a cuppa and sit on my bum for the rest of the night!
