  • £4.75 for 2 father's day cards!! My parents really should have considered me more when the divorce was decided all those years ago (25!!)!

About to pop downstairs & put £5 in a collection for a wedding at work. My budget is looking tighter & tighter this week, not sure I'll have very much to take away with me this weekend.

    Epic fail for me already.

    Sun - NSD
Mon - popped to town for few bits for Father's Day etc, which I hadn't thought about where that was coming from. Also needed some other bits too.
So £19.87 on Father's Day cards and thank you cards (for gifts for baby ETO) £8.97 gifts for Father's Day. £6.69 bird food. £35.53

All figures rounded up/ down as receipts not currently to hand.

Tues - £2.94 milk and some bits to go with curry for tea.

    So all in all around

    £38.47 / £10 oops.

Not too disappointed as nothing was really wasted other than maybe the snickers. :D

Will work out correct figured when I have a minute to myself. :D

A little bit late this week....!!!

Ended up on £18.50/£20 last week!

Budgeting about £40 for this week as I'm going to see Rihanna on Saturday! Coach is all booked, but will need money for getting around London and also food etc (planning on taking lunch for the coach though!).

Already spent £14.00 on some extra grocery items to get me through the week so I'm not spending out on lunches etc at work! So so far £14/£40!

    Kind regards,

    Gem

  • Hi everyone!

Finally I'm back again. Unfortunately I had a very sudden death in my family two weeks ago and had to fly back home urgently and have just returned.

I really need to get back on track with this as on top of spending a great deal of money on a flight home and spending money whilst at home, I've also lost two weeks pay (self employed) and have had a horrid cold for two days now so have lost another two days of work!
Am hoping to be back to work tomorrow.

Am not going to pledge an amount for the rest of the week but am looking forward to starting this challenge fresh again on Sunday.

    Hope you've all been well.

    Cheers
    Casper
