I would say wait for the refurbished sony xperia Z to come back in stock, way better than the nexus 4 and only £290 for grade A( 2 month warranty)

To call the Z "way better" than the N4 is wrong IMO, it is a bit better in some areas, though.

I'd actually expect the N4 to be faster than the Z, since they have the same CPU and RAM, but the N4 has less pixels to push.

If you can get one at £290 though, it's well worth considering as it's a nice bit of kit (shame about the warranty, though).
  • Paying £290 for a sophisticated phone with just 2 months warranty is just a little bit crazy imo....

Given the SOGA - I don't think it is. Even if it broke after 6 months they'd be hard pushed to refuse your money back or it fixing. ;)

PS - This thread seems to be entirely about the NExus 4 - Is this better than my Galaxy S3? Because S3s go for £200 now?!
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

It's quite similar to the S3, really, but a lot newer.
  • ...and will get updates far quicker. Plus SIM FREE out of the box and pure Android (no network bloatware).

PS Where can you get a new S3 for £200? I've seen the way inferior S3 Mini for that money but not the S3.
