you can also use this to make other things wireless like a tv or xbox for example
Yeah but it's a bit of a pain as the only wayy to set the wireless side up is to connect it to a Sky box first. You can then select the network, put the WPA/WEP key in and it should then hold that info for when you connect it to something else.

    Aggressive lot on here.

It came on a letter "thanking me for ordering new equipment". I didn't keep the letter as the 12 month tie in didn't bother me.
I also made a point of asking sky to be 100% I was not entering into another 12 month contract, she was most certain I wouldn't. She said they are just a freebie because you already have movies. No where on my letter included with the wireless adapter does it say that I have now entered a new 12 month contract either.

    I've been Money Tipped!
My letter doesn't say anything about being tied in for another 12 months either. Wouldn't make any odds to me if it did though.

I received mine the other day, easy to set up, just plug in and put in your wireless password. Now have on demand on both our boxes, happy days!

Mine came last week and we are using it on the Xbox in the kids room. Super easy to set up espesh if your router has a wsp button. The letter that you get says if you are getting a new sky box you are entering a 12 month contract not if you are getting this little gadget so that could be where some have got confused. Not fab if your router is too far away tho as my dad couldn't get his to work as longe too far from router range isn't fab but it is free so can't ask too much
