We've had a good month, managing on £99.50 spend out of my averaged annual budget of £300 but I must not get complacent. We were away for nearly two weeks of August.
Also we have been living out of the garden - loads of beans and peas, potatoes, carrots, onions, beetroot, spinach, sweetcorns, tomatoes and cucumbers but the strawberries are finished and almost no apricots or plums this year (think the farmers growing rape this year took all the bees at the crucial time).
On to September for us.
All the best
SLSave £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £4863.32 out of £6000 after May (81.05%)

Very pleased with that, but September will be more expensive because I'm running out of nearly everything at the same time.

Hi everyone,
We had a very good month and I'm pleased to say we managed to smash our target of £450 for the month with a total spend of £280.86!!
Hoping for a similar September!CC debt £2,528.65/£31,193.22 - Slowly plugging away0 -
declaring at 70.00 which is quite high for me but bought a load of YS meat and veg and then realised the date I am actually 6 days over my usual date of the 24th. so not bad at all, as I have enough meat for the next couple of months (including a 2kg beef joint for Xmas.) and only 24 days to go, take away 4 chippy teas with my DGS and 4 Sunday lunch at my brothers so only 16 dinners for September.Slimming World at target0
