Busy day today, bedding all washed and ironed, last of my stock listed and put onto the p.c. and seen as we had so much have joined the 'Eating out of the cupboards & freezer challenge'
NSD
For tea I attempted Lamb sheesh kebabs and have to say they were delicious, tasted just like ones we had in a local Indian restaurant not long ago plus there is some meat left for another day. Then remembering the new challenge I made a crumble using a tin of OOD pears and we had this with some ice cream. It was gorgeous so a big thumbs up for todays meal.
I feel like I am alone on here at the momentyet am sure there are still on or two around. Roll on the 1st so can join you all.

Your not alone, I am still here, but over budget now.
Went to Mr T's at weekend for milk and for first time in ages they had some decent YS stuff left, so stocked up big time and got loooaaadss of meat for the next month, spend £24 in total, but that got beef to see through the month, mince for 2-3 weeks, turkey breasts, pork mince, king prawns and baby prawns, steaks, chops, couple of lumps cheese, yogurts, milk and a few other odds as well, so am well stocked for start of august there, so not too bothered. I have loved my first month as well, and realy enjoying my new found organisation and all of the delicious baking I have been doing.Mum of 2 monkey. 4 yrs and 2 yrs :j
