ID - no utility bills

Got a few questions.

1) can you print off e-statements?
2) My partner doesnt pay any utility bills, what could she use instead?

my solicitor accepted a bank statement ( wouldnt accept internet print off,) had to go to bank for proper copy and her bank card, like yourself, my wife doesnt pay bills.

or if by some small chance she has a shotgun licence, she can use that

Surely they would accept a CRB. She had one returned last week
