Hey
Our solicitor is asking for photo and paper ID. It asks for a utility bill no older than 3 months.
Got a few questions.
1) can you print off e-statements?
2) My partner doesnt pay any utility bills, what could she use instead?
Thanks

mobile phone bill may do if she's on comtract. As for bank statements, pop into your local branch and they'll run you one off0

The instructions say no mobile phone bills. How about car insurance renewal?Oxfordmark

Get the bank to provide a proof of address, the solicitor can run a electoral role check too, but may charge for this.
And why isnt she named on the Council Tax, FTB has nothing to do with council tax0 -
Not sure, but these may be OK:
Benefit book/statement, vehicle log book, TV licence, credit card statement, letter from DWP or another government office, insurance certificate (not renewal), vehicle log book, store card statement, payslip with address, P60, P45.
All these are acceptable for CRB check applications (although you normally need to provide more than one from the above list), so should be suitable for your needs.0 -
How about her driving licence?0

Hi,
I have the same problem as the bills are not in my name. I rang the HMRC & asked for a Tax Coding Notice which was accepted as id. It took about a week to come though.
Online bank statements were ok, as long as they had name, address, full details & bank's website url I think it was.Married the man of my dreams - 10th September 2012, St Paul's Bay Lindos :jIt was amazing.0
