I had this problem too. Only had a mobile phone bill in my name and that was online!
We requested statements to be sent from the bank and they took them. All my bank statements were online also. So had to wait.0 -

Why don't you ask your solicitor what they will accept?0

Anything can be printed off; even bank statements, as they're genuine.0

This is to do with money laundering rules. So there should be a photo id and then a proof of address. The bill needs to be something like a utility bill, bank statement online ok if name and address showing. Rent agreements, council tax are ok something to tie you to an address but credit cards and mobile phones are not acceptable. Its best to check with solicitors as they should have a list. I use one a work.
Ps driving license ok but only within three months.:j0 -
I certainly was told I couldn't print off my bank statements. I had a real carry on as I had opted to go paperless for most bills. Now I have opted out of paperless for utility bills- which is a pest.weight loss target 23lbs/49lb0

If you use a passport for the A list identity item, you should be able to use a photocard driving licence with counterpart as the B list address verification item.
Many firms will accept self-printed bank statements as long as they show;-
- account name
- sort code and account number
- full address of account holder
- bank's logo and the URL printed along the top or bottom (https//).I am a mortgage broker. I can see this becoming a big problem as lots of people do their business online.
We are on pre-payment card for gas and electric and have just gone onto a monthly DD for the council tax - so no confirmation there either.
