Evening all! Menu plan for us, starting tomorrow instead is....:
Sat: Burrito and hm chips
Sun: HM Pizza
Mon: Bubble & Squeak with sausage
Tue: Chicken Tortillas
Wed: Fried rice with honeyed pork steaks
Thur: Chicken pasta bake
Fri: Easy dinner - cheese on toast or soup with bread
Well this has all gone wonky so far but I do still feel in control...
Sat: I forgot we had planned a meal out
Sun: Mr Shortie didn't fancy pizza so he 'mega bulk-beaned' the chilli mix up (windy city here we come :rotfl:) and we had chilli con carni instead, made up a batch (ie 4) of enchilladas and froze them for next week and had spares left to freeze two portions of nacho topping - way to go Mr Shortie!
Mon: Back on track and bubble and squeak, plus sausages defrosting for dinner tonight - god help work tomorrow after two days of high fibre :rotfl::rotfl:April 2021 Grocery Challenge 34.29 / 2500 -

I've lost the plot with ours lol! I didn't start well that I forgot we were eating out on our first night then Mr Shortie didn't fancy what was planned on the second (but in his defense cooked something else, we didn't have take away...
Then on Monday night the sausages were left out to defrost and one of the cats got them (grrrr)
Then pasta bake last night and again tonight as we had lots left over. Oh and no mince on the plan this week but Mr Shortie took mince out yesterdau to defrost
<sigh> I think it's fair to say we haven't stuck to a single day this week lolApril 2021 Grocery Challenge 34.29 / 2500
