Hope it's okay to start this thread off again. I have pretty much planned for the month, and most of my ingredients are already in so eating from freezer/stores. Few changes later on in the month, as had to feed my unwell dog a few freezer contents ; but should still be able to stay mostly on plan ...this week anyway.
Freezer
S8 ~ Piri Piri drumsticks actifry chips and salad
Forgot to take these out of freezer, so instead i bought some YS [STRIKE]chicken [/STRIKE]thighs and drumsticks from Co-*p and sprinkled them with smoked paprika and garlic, and added to [STRIKE]pasta and mayonnaise with raw peppers and spring onions.[/STRIKE].
S9 ~ Sausage, mash and veg
This turned into [STRIKE]Smoked sausage casserole with rustic sweet potato mash[/STRIKE]

M10 ~ [STRIKE]Sweet potato and spinach curry with pilau rice[/STRIKE]
T11 ~ [STRIKE]Mushroom Strogonoff [/STRIKE] with added chicken see W12
W12 ~ [STRIKE]Quorn peppered steak with green beans[/STRIKE] see T13
T13 ~ Bengali prawn curry and rice used prawns up on T11 in [STRIKE]prawn stir fry with chilli noodles[/STRIKE]
F14 ~ Moussaka and salad
Not sure i fancy this now ...hmmmm
Changed to chilli from freezer, jacket potato and mint salad.

S15 Gingered Beef with spring veg and noodles
This will now be Piri Piri drumsticks, actifry chips and salad from last week, as i had stirfry recently
Served with mushroom and asparagus orzo

S16 - Chilli and actifry chips
Probably won't have this now either!

Thanks for starting us off, K9af (is that a sensible abbreviation of your username?). I didn't do a plan last week as I was away for most it; this week I've got:
Friday - chilli salami, chilli and red pepper calzone, with some salad or something to cool down all that chilli!
Saturday - BBQ, I think - probably sausages, pancharagus (at the bottom of this webpage) and some bread of some sort (maybe this one if I feel in the mood for experimenting)
Sunday - courgette and cheese pasta bake
Monday - prawn pasanda (from the freezer) with veggie rice
Tuesday - chicken satay noodles
Wednesday - cheat's Iskendr kebab and pitta bread
Thursday - scampi, chips and some sort of vegBack after a very long break!0 -

No plan for me this week - off on holiday tomorrow afternoon.
Only thing planned is a HM pizza to eat on the way!
