Meal planning has gone to pot this week and apart from the carbonara which we had on Satruday, nothing els has gone to plan and even worse we have had a takeaway and frozen pizza:eek: I have been a bit poorly and busy after work but I am a bit disappointed after it worked well last week:(

Tonight I am out until after 8 so it will be sausage sarnies or with flavoured rice when I finally get in. Tomorrow I will do the spanish chicken, and Saturday will be the curry.

Sounds like i am not the only one that has had a food plan wobble. Mine was definitely too pasta/noodles/and rice overloaded this week; so i am going to have a good think about next weeks plan. I think not having it on set days helps me, but having an idea of what is happening. Saying that, Moussaka was on the menu tonight, and cannot be fussed with that ... so not sure what Plan B will be!
