So yesterday was a slight wash out was supposed to upload items to ebay but didnt. I did return my items & got some money back so that was positive at least. Placed £4 in my sealed pot & cancelled my insurance renewal, quote was £115 more than the one I found online...The guy on the line said that hed happily match the quote ive found online. I told him if this was the case why give me such a high quote in the first place & to go head and cancel the renewal. I have had them do that last year & the policy I got had none of the little extras like breakdown cover, etc. Sadly I was too lazy to cancel and reapply but not this time...this time Im slightly more proactive.DFD-01.03.2018:starmod: :T

Afternoon, how gorgeous is it today, im so loving this weather its brilliant. Have been pretty good at keeping spending down, mostly because I am down to my last £24.30 till payday, cannot wait for next Friday I can tell you!! Looking forward to paying off abit of the credit card, I realised ill be cutting it fine so had to have a word with myself and make some decisions.
The first was to cancel my annual holiday with the girls, well opt out anyway..The budget was set for £400 but it kept creeping up then I thought about it and figured as I already have a weekend in Rome booked & am scheduled to head off to India in September for work I probably couldnt justify another holiday...I was kind off lucky the girls were disappointed/annoyed but understood..after I explained the situation.
So have cancelled my days off, im sure ill put them to good use later. Was thinking as work are sending me to India I may extend the trip a little or book a flight to Thailand either way its alot less expensive than booking a holiday.
So no summer holiday this year but im very proud of myself as i wouldve had to use the my credit card to book & add to the debt or pay out of July salary, which meant less funds to get rid of the cards....
Hmm what else? cinema last night to see Pacific rim (orange wednesdays..& halves on the cost with my cinema buddy so happy indeed)... I enjoyed the film, quite a few hotties in there I can tell you..Idris, sean (ex eastenders character) cheered my up...drat just realised need to pay the equivilant spend to my credit card!
Ohh I brought myself a sweet mini flower plant gift £3 in waitrose (& remembered to get my points...double winning) this means Ill always have flowers and will stop my weekly spend £8 indulgence..now all I have to do is keep it alive:rotfl:DFD-01.03.2018:starmod: :T
