In the US QE is a continuesly running tap that has yet to be stopped let alone reversed. The UK has been much more an on/off thing depending on how they feel the economy is going. Currently the tap is off. So when you say withdrawn what are you actually talking about?!?0

Funding for lending and low interest rates are monetary easing, not QE. So the tap may still be running but it's of a different flavour to what was being talked about.0
