How far is it to the nearest store?
You can return goods:Returns and Refunds
When you buy from our Grocery website, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we know sometimes you may need to return goods. This policy sets out when you can return goods, and how to do so.
If you change your mind
If you change your mind, we offer a refund or exchange of certain goods within certain time periods (please see the table below).
ProductPeriod for ReturnPerishable goods (e.g. food, fresh flowers) Hand back to the driver at the time of delivery or member of staff at collection (as applicable)
Non-perishable goods (e.g. toiletries, cleaning products) Hand back to driver at time of delivery or member of staff at collection (as applicable)
OR
Bring to a Tesco store within 28 days of delivery along with proof of purchase. You should please take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession (reasonable care includes inspecting goods, but would not extend to your opening certain goods, for example, sealed cleaning products).
If you have received faulty or damaged goods
You may hand any faulty or damaged goods back to the driver at the time of delivery or a member of staff when collecting your order (as applicable) for a refund or return to a Tesco store (with proof of purchase) for a refund or exchange.
For perishable items we ask you do this no later than 7 days after the date of delivery or collection.
When you return goods
When you return the goods to us, please also let us have all the original packaging, tags, labels and any accessories.
Getting your refund
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you as follows:- If you paid by payment card, we will refund you on the payment card;
- If you paid by gift card/moneycard, we will refund you on your payment card or send you a cheque; and
- If you paid by Clubcard voucher we will refund you on your payment card or send you a cheque or give you the equivalent in Clubcard points.
In the event of a refund, all Clubcard points received for the purchase of a refunded product will be removed from your Clubcard account.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in our returns policy affects your statutory rights. If you would like to know more about your legal rights, please visit the Directgov website.

I agree with the comments about the tomato not being off, if it was the 'value' range (as it clearly was from the label in the photos), I wouldn't expect visually perfect items.
However, I would not expect to have bread delivered that has mould on it.0 -
I've never had anything remotely off or mouldy in my online grocery shops. Sainsbury's insist on sending me really stumpy leeks each time, but that's become more of a running joke now!0

Lettuce mould would tend to be white, it is also hard to miss mould on bread. So if she has jumped the gun with the toms, does not mean she shouldn't have the money back for the rest. If indeed she hasn't over egged it....
Which brings me back to my first point.....something didn't seem right as TESCO are usually spot on for refunding dodgy goods. So not sure what the NAH is for...
When the OP said they were green, i think they were referring to the bread and the lettuce, not the tomatoes which are quite clearly ripe as seen on the pics.0 -

My groceries and order came yesterday and after carrying them up a 3 floor of flats (as theirs no stairs) I was pretty worn out.
Out of interest, how did you get them up 3 floors if there are no stairs? Tesco usually deliver to the flat door rather than the main door.0
