    People on here saying they got 'TSB' debit cards not sure if thats true though.

    They do not exist yet new cards being sent are lloyds tsb branded.

    And all those Lloyds TSB cards are going to have to be rebranded as Lloyds too I guess.

    If you read through the thread you'll see that the bank has the right to assign, ie sell your account on to other parties.

    You gave the authority for this when accepting the terms and conditions.

    Even without the terms and conditions, it's in law that debts can be assigned to others.
