they all seem correct ie 606 is parking the following numbers are correct for the date and the last three numbers are the rejections that day, I cant find out if that number is correct as only parking eye will know this I have put a copy of what the popla site is saying when I enter the code

Well you'd better contact ParkingEye. For once this sounds more like !!!!-up than conspiracy.

You could post your appeal to POPLA, with a copy of the PE letter containing the POPLA code, and a covering letter telling POPLA that if there's a problem with the code then they must take it up with ParkingEye, as you are sick of messing around with the pair of them and they must sort it out between them.

I have rung parking eye this morning they are saying its popla who issue the codes so it is them I must speak to, 28 days up this Friday!! Gonna try n find a tel number for popla now!

Contacted popla apparently not all programmes used will let you do the online form, so looks like my windows vista/Firefox was the problem! Using a different computer now and it works only problem I've got now is how to attach a PDF as there is nothing there to let you do it! But I have my IT dept to hand so fingers crossed it can be sorted today

Ps it does all copy and paste into the box though but aware that
Coupon mad says it won't all send?

Oh for God's sake, not only does their stupid website truncate your appeal silently but it can't handle a browser as popular as Firefox! What a bunch of bloody amateurs.

I know it was rather frustrating to say the least!

I have now sent the appeal off, as coupon mad mentioned it does only send them part of your appeal in the box they provide, (even though it shows it all being in the box before you submit it) so have submitted it again as evidence (only way I could do it at the time) as you can send pdf forms that way, so now its a waiting game, everyone's help as been very much appreciated, I couldn't have done it without you!!

I have emailed POPLA to alert them to this problem.

In the meantime, can I as regular advisers to bring this problem to the attention of all new posters that are being helped. Already lost 1 appeal partly as a result of POPLA's online system.
