Good idea! :) My Mum's freaking awesome with my nephew, he's the fidgetiest baby I've ever known, I can barely hold him for 5 minutes before I have to hand him back because I just don't know how to make him stop flailing around and whinging... Mum just grabs him, tucks his arms and legs in and he shuts up and goes straight to sleep! Going to have her on call 24/7 to do emergency get-the-baby-to-sleep missions! :)

Anyway... where are these photos?! :p

How's everyone doing? You all melted in the heat?! :)

I am good. Very excited it is my last day at work!

My dad seemed to have the knack with getting poppy to sleep when she was little. Although last time i left her with him she was running round the living room when she should have been in bed haha.

Ah Wendz that is so exciting! What have you got planned for this week? Any pre-wedding pampering?

I have uploaded a few pics to Flickr, just need to wait for a quiet moment at work ie. for the girl who sits behind me to leave the room :p

Sounds like you've got a nice relaxing week planned Wendz! Can just imagine what you're going to be like this time next week! :j

Tete, Shrimpy was *supposed* to be showing us pics of the things she's been DIYing for her wedding but is holding out on us! ;)

I'm too hot to live today. Phew! Got some friends coming around for tea tonight but it's too warm to contemplate cooking (my oven heats up my entire flat!) so I'm being lazy and just putting out little nibbly things instead! :o As much as I hope the weather stays nice for the weekend, it doesn't have to be *this* warm!

Ok ladies - fingers crossed this works! The bouquets aren't quite finished and have bald spots at the top so look a little bit misshapen at the moment, please excuse them!

Also excuse the hideous brown curtains which we inherited from the previous owner! Hopefully you can spot your papers Birdie? Thank you again, they're gorgeous!

And for the cat lovers my Munchkin posing

I hope this works! Hopefully it doesn't look too rubbish!

I love them all! Your bouquet is gorgeous, well done you!

Love the centre pieces too, they are really different and look great.

The cat is a cutie too :)
  • I think the cat should be included in the wedding as part of the centre pieces, he's posing perfectly and almost doesn't look real :)

Ahhh everything looks lovely Shrimpy! You must be proud of yourself! :T

Agree that your munchkin should be part of the decor, what a purrfect (groan!) poser! :D
