I was the same when the other ladies were having babies and will be the same when it's your due date Lara! Just hope you don't end up waiting so long!

I hope he does come tomorrow, it's my Mum's birthday on Friday and I don't want him sharing his birthday with his Granny! Nor do I want to be induced. So tomorrow or Saturday please, Baby Bird!

Woke up at 5am with throbbing sinus pain and a completely blocked nose. Tried to get some more sleep upright on the sofa as I was awake until midnight but no joy. This could be a long day.

Woken up in a massive grump. Might have to go back to bed once OH gets up so I can try to wake up again in a better mood!

We are awake here too. Despite having to drag both if them out of the bed the last 2 mornings when I was working, this morning Max is wide awake. So frustrating!!!

I was off work yesterday as Poppy has had a bad cough and been suffering but we actually got some sleep last night so hopefully she will be OK at nursery.

Wonderful news Dinah, it must be such a relief to finally have some good news about Grace. It must have been very stressful for you both.

This month has been rather tight at rote HQ, we over spent at Christmas and then not getting paid for about six weeks as we got paid early in December. This all added up to "skint". We have gone over our overdraft as I mislaid a debit card and didn't check online. I could kick myself as we have been charged, which is just wasted money. So there will be real cut backs from now on. I have started doing a lunch duty and as payment I get my lunch for the full week. This works out at a saving of around £40 per month. So I will just have to make sure that I make OH and DS a lunch as that will be a good saving. Sometimes I just give them money if I haven't got round to making a lunch. I also need to put in some training on them both, because if I don't make it then no one else does. Boys aren't they great!

I'm touched that people are getting presents for Baby Bird, not convinced he deserves them though!

So glad OH has gone to work now, he's been doing my head in all morning because I'm not cheerful enough so obviously instead of just being left to my own devices and given sporadic hugs I need him having a go at me about being so miserable! :mad: Just what does he think 'I've woken up in a grump and I'm really fed up and hormonal today' means?! My Mum's coming through in a bit to take me out for ice cream so that should perk me up a little.
