Shrimpy I'm so pleased everything was ok with the scan. Maybe we should say that 6 months is like your cake anniversary or something (you know like year 1 is paper etc)

I'm sure the model is fine guys but I agree she does look very strange...

Have paid off my credit card today so just have the overdraft to go and then I'm debt free! Celebrating by watching the figure skating on tv. Is it wrong that I'm anticipating one of them falling?

Hope baby bird makes an appearance soon, I can't begin to imagine how uncomfortable it gets towards the end!

Oh now I'm worrying about the poor model taking a step backwards and falling! Can we find out if she's OK?! ;):o

Appears from lurkdom... Sorry Birdie but that just made me literally lol. My OH thinks I'm a loon:D Hope everything goes well for you and Baby Bird makes an appearance soon.

Well we had some news last night. We finally heard back from the team in Texas who specializes in the condition Grace was diagnosed with after surgery (ACD). For nearly 2 years this diagnosis has invaded every aspect of day to day life as we're terrified of loosing her, hence us sending her slides over there for a second opinion. And the report back is that they do not think her lungs show features of ACD, rather they are symptomatic of extreme prematurity. I'm absolutely overjoyed at this result, but also can't quite believe all we've been through to get to this point. It's like a weight has been lifted though, as we now can move forward with her just as a tiny toddler, and it also lifts the worry about any future children, as ACD is a genetic condition that seems to recur about 10% of the time in additional pregnancies.

    Debt September 20th 2022 £2991.68- 96.92% paid off

Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!
