Apologies I read it but didn't put all the information in teh post. Further down the webpage it said if you didn't recieve the code then assume you weren't in the first 55,000 and didn't make it clear whether you had got it or not

Got my email this morning at 11:32, was lucky when I clicked through and now just waiting for a code. Have a Phillips Senseo machine at the moment, but a friend swears by her Tassimo.

Slightly confused over which model we're dealing with here. The title of the thread says the T40, but the email I (and everybody else) received says T4. Is this a typo or genuinely a different machine?

I have looked again at the email I received and it does say (in tiny weeny text) that it is a T40 (black), whereas the previous offer in November was the T20. There doesn't seem to be a great deal of difference according to the Tassimo website, except for a bigger water tank (2L instead of 1.5L):

T4 and T40 are the same thing - just depends how you abbreviate the model number. On the bottom of the machine the model number is TAS4000GB. There are other T4/T40s available in different colours which have other numbers in place of the zeros in the model number. This is the exact model I was supplied with in the Tassimo/Costa offer - note that they are made by Bosch:

Spoke to customer services yesterday as I now realise (having measured) that my Tassimo is only dispensing just over the water volume that it should be according to the T-disc packets, so coffee, chocolate etc. are all small and strong. Sounds like a faulty machine so I have to send it back for a replacement.

Absolutely gutted, as thought I was fine as have had Costa card for a couple of years, but didn't get an email - called them just now, and they said that it was because I haven't used my card for 6 months

Got a code today too... said it's already expired/used. Gutted, it was to be a Father's Day gift.
