Anyone else still waiting for the code?

I clicked the link on Monday when I got the email, and got the 'congratulations' message yet I've still not got the code. Posted a message on the Costa FB page to ask when we could expect them, several other people also commented that their situation was the same as mine, and no surprise the message was deleted by Costa. It's now the 20th - am I just waiting in vain, or will they actually come up with something? I'm annoyed since I did get the 'congratulations' message. I clicked the link last night and it gave me the 'sorry, too late' one, so I would have thought my congratulations would mean I'd get a code. This is quite poor form...

I got my code yesterday so it looks like they are still being sent.

Fully 10 days later I have actually got the email with the elusive code in.

Inputed it and its expired, already used etc.

Disgrace.

Perhaps if Costa had sent it an hour or two after I clicked on the link (like others) last Monday week in my case, I would have been able to use it.

As a regular visitor to Costa, I feel somewhat undervalued as a customer.
So I have emailed them for their marketing head's name and address so I can send back my loyalty card with its history on it.

My daughters email came Wednesday saying here's your code but there was no code. I sent them a message yesterday on Facebook, an inbox message not a post on their wall and they got back to me pretty much straight away asking me to forward them the email, but in the meantime she received a new email WITH a code on it, so we ordered yesterday, have not yet received a confirmation email, it does say can take 24hrs, but I have just had a text saying it is due for delivery this morning!!

I applied for the code on the 11th June, received it 19th June so looks like they are taking a while with some codes, just ordered it tonight

Update: I have after a number of emails with Natalie, finally got the original code to work. Rather bizarrely I used same link in original email and it ended up on a different page?

Whilst before it directed me to register with Tassimo, this time it didn't!

Whilst not wanting to look a gift horse in the mouth, having registered due to the link, I hope this will not affect the discounted coffee to begin with?

Credit to Natalie, she should be advising Costa's marketing team on how to better organise the promotions in a fairer and more straight forward manner.

I had an out of date code but I called the Tassimo order support line 0800 0328833 and they gave me a new code.

I ordered one of these last month (feb 14), using the Costa code. Was £39.99, so seems to be up on the last offer. Got my code within minutes, and placed an order about 24 hours later.

It was delivered in 4 days, and after rgistering my machine, I got a £20 off code to use on prodcuts from the site. These arived within 2 days, and they had a special bundle offer on at the moment, so I am now inundated with coffee :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Cheers all - this is a goodun, rahter than a bad offer. (at least in my experience)
