On the Costa FB page, they again assure us...
"Morning guys. If you got the "congratulations" message you will be receiving a code. So our supply chain can keep up with demand we are sending the codes in batches of 8,000 up until the 20th June. Thanks - Adam"
I'm still hopeful...

I was one of the first ones to get one, it's here and delivered, I've made 2 cups of coffee with it but don't think its for me wish I hadn't of ordered it despite it being a bargain, shame I cant send it back and give someone else the chance to have it and get my money back.

As for your money back. wait till the glut that no doubt will appear on ebay have sold,then sell yours

I did really want one and have now got that out of my system.

There's a few reasons really, It takes up room in our tiny kitchen, it's noisy and find it a bit faffy than just making a coffee from the kettle. I normally have a skinny latte at costa which is my fave but find the creamer pods to creamy in the machine and just using milk from the fridge defeats the object of having the machine, and it's not cost effective for us at the moment with the price of the pods think it's just going to work out to much in the long run for us personally. If you are a big coffee lover and love kitchen gadgets its fab but just not quite right for us.

Like you said will put it on ebay when it dies down just a shame someone who really wanted one in the offer might miss out, although that's assuming I sell mine for more than I paid :rotfl:

Costa sent me an email this morning with my unique code - only there was no code. I had clicked through for a code on the day after the initial email and was still one of the original 55,000.
So I rang Tassimo care line and told them. They are due to get back to me tomorrow.
Now I've had a new email apologising for a rogue email this morning. No mention of money off codes, but the rest of the email is the same.
I will be ringing up demanding my money off code tomorrow, surely they can't get away with this.
How are they deciding who to send codes to? Because I don't think it's first come first served.

Just had exactly the same email too. Damned annoying - here's your code but no code there :mad: Waited over a week for the code too

Think the 2nd email was because they had missed to book thing off the first one


Just left a message on their Facebook page.
