Pretty much what they told me when I just phoned them, wouldn't even look into it, asked if they could check see who had redeemed etc. Nope. Ah well.

I had the same and they would not help looks like some of the codes must of got mixed up. Such a shame that we will miss out could do with a new coffee.

It took me a minute to realise, but you can't get this offer through the regular Tassimo shop. You need to go to costatassimo.co.uk and then your code should work.

Thanks jl80 but had tried there too, that's what they first suggested to me but it didn't work there either. Going to go to Costa and get another card and register it later on and hope, might still get here by Father's day.

Still waiting on my code from yesterday, anyone else still waiting for theirs?

I'm still waiting but it does say "you'll receive your code within 10 days". I really want this as a fathers day gift so keeping everything crossed I get the code sooner rather than later.
