    Morning all!
    Everything crossed for Halight today!
Bedding washed and on the line, just off to mums as her kitchen has been flooded, the washer on a washing machine hose is perished! Never a dull moment. OH's aunt going into hospital in Aberdeen to have the stent put in her neck today, so MIL is like a cat on a hot tin roof!
    Have a good day all!

That they are! I have to throw their tennis balls til my arms nearly fall off!:D They're lovely dogs though, delightful natures, both of them; but if I don't post much this week, it's because they've worn me out!:D

I told Mr LW of our pal Halight's situation, and Mr LW wants to add his best wishes to mine; hoping all is going according to plan.:o

    Afternoon

Halight - hope all is going well

Thinking of those who are doing exams - fingers crossed and also for those returning to work, I'm very lucky, Dh does the work and I do the house, its VERY tight money wise but it suits us

Done washing up, packed lunches etc and been and done the shop at MrT, price checked it on mysupermarket and went with a mission to get it even cheaper which I did so thats my MSE for today

Making sausage rolls later as DD loves them, bought mega cheap sausages from shop and ready made puff pastry - my cooking skills are very basic! Still, she likes them :]

DS has an inset day today

Hugs, sticks, spoons, beverages and a nice lolly in a pile, help yourself :]

    Have a nice day everyone

    Hi everyone.

Hope everyone is ok, and thinking of Halight, it seems really strange not to read his posts !

Been quite busy, posting the ebay parcels, and vacuuming and dusting and pegging the washing out. DH isn't working today so he's been painting the shed. We've done it in blue, which makes a nice change. It's quite a nautical colour, so I'm wondering if I can find a small anchor or something as a garden decoration.

The vintage fair we went to yesterday was a bit disappointing, although we picked up a few bits.

I'm going to do a bit of ebay photography in a moment, I'm selling my postcard collection, so there's quite a few items that need to be pictured.

We've got liver and bacon for dinner this evening.

    Have a good afternoon.

Come on Halight we're all rooting for you on here .
I made my carrot and coriander soup and its delicious and I have around 2 litres so thats this weeks lunches sorted.I started to try and strip the bottom bit of the garden of the overgrown weeds and the strimmer started to smoke I think that means that its given up the ghost on me,so I switched it off.mind you its getting on a bit (like me :):)) so probably needs replacing, blooming nuisance though as I had only recently replaced the 'string stuff' on it I'll have to have a look on Wednesday at B&Qs as its 'crinkly day' and there's 10% off for coffin dodgers like me :):)and see if I can buy another one that uses the same replacement string then it won't get wasted (god I am so frugal at times :):):))
DGS Henrys birthday dinner tonight so I'm going to put my feet up for half an hour before toddling off to see him after school and see all his presents :):)
Hope everyones enjoys the sunshine its beautiful here in Kent not too hot but just right with a small breeze blowing
    Cheers chums JackieO xxx
